Birthday Party | Los Angeles | July 2026

Our team recently catered a 100 guest birthday party at The Friendship Auditorium in Los Angeles using our Interactive On Site Taco Catering service. This celebration also marked the debut of our Dinosaur Custom Taco Cart, created especially for children's birthday taco catering, dinosaur themed birthday parties, school celebrations, and family events. Every LaLa Tacos client is invited to choose from our growing collection of custom taco cart designs to match the theme of their celebration and create a more memorable experience for their guests.

For this Los Angeles birthday celebration, we served our Menu #2, Enhanced Favorites, one of our most popular taco catering menus for birthday parties because it gives guests four protein choices, additional toppings, and a more abundant taco bar experience. The menu included carne asada flash seared in complimentary grass fed Wagyu beef tallow, adobo chicken, grilled fish, and grilled vegetables, along with our fully stocked taco bar featuring fresh red and green salsas, chipotle crema, shredded cheese, rice, beans, onions, cilantro, limes, and warm corn tortillas. Guests also enjoyed Chunky Guacamole and Chips during cocktail hour, refreshing horchata, jamaica, and pineapple aguas frescas, followed later by our Disney recipe churros served with chocolate, caramel, and ice cream.

One guest required a special dietary accommodation, so our team prepared a separate batch of chicken without onions and packaged fresh cilantro separately to help prevent cross contamination. We arrived early, completed setup, and began serving dinner exactly on schedule. Throughout the evening our taco bar was replenished four times, ensuring every guest enjoyed fresh food from beginning to end. Several guests stopped by our taco cart to compliment the food, and according to our catering team, the grilled fish was one of the most popular proteins of the evening. The host was very happy with the food, presentation, and service, making it another successful Los Angeles event for the LaLa Tacos team.
