Professional On-Site Catering Service
Our team typically arrives approximately one hour before service to unload equipment, set up our taco carts or taco bar, prepare the salsa station, and ensure everything is ready before your first guest arrives. Standard on-site catering includes up to 1.5 hours of continuous taco service, allowing guests plenty of time to enjoy freshly prepared tacos and return for seconds.
Many Coachella Valley clients also enhance their events with appetizer service before dinner and fresh churro catering for dessert. Additional service time can be arranged for larger weddings, extended receptions, and special events requiring longer dining windows.
