No. Our rice and beans do not contain dairy, meat, or animal stock.

For on-site catering, yes. We cook the vegetarian items first, before the meat is placed on the grill. Every grill is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before it is used for a new event.
Can you prepare a meal without onion for a guest with an intolerance?
Not reliably. Many of our salsas and other menu items are prepared in large batches, so we’re unable to remove a major ingredient such as onion from an individual portion.

Can you make my entire event pork-free?
Yes. It’s your event, and you have full control over which proteins and menu items are served. If you want your event to be completely pork-free, we can build the menu accordingly.

Yes. We can create a menu without shrimp or other shellfish items.
Do your taco meats and marinades contain gluten?
No. None of our taco meat marinades contain gluten.
Do you offer gluten-free tortillas?
Yes. Our corn tortillas are gluten-free. Our flour tortillas contain gluten.

No. Our beans and rice are 100% vegetarian and do not contain lard or other animal products.

It is ultimately the responsibility of the guest or host to ask about ingredients and notify us of any known allergies before food is served. Guests with severe allergies should not assume that any item is completely allergen-free unless that has been specifically confirmed in advance.
If a guest experiences an allergic reaction during an event, our team will immediately alert the host and cooperate with the guest, family, venue staff, or emergency responders. For a serious reaction, emergency medical services should be contacted immediately.
