IMPORTANT INFORMATION
about your upcoming onsite catering
Terrain & Space
Our mobile taco, churro, and quesadilla carts are durable. However, they cannot traverse over specific surfaces.
Please have a spot picked out for us to serve your guests from the taco cart. However, if we need to go through any of these surfaces, we may have to choose an alternative place to set up the taco cart.
Steps
Thick Gravel
Steppers with space between.
Steep or Bumpy, very thick Grass.
Steep driveways: Please allow us to unload as close to the service site as possible..
Examples of inaccessible spaces for our carts:
NARROW SPACES AND ACCESSIBILITY
Our mobile taco carts require a minimum width clearance of 35 inches to facilitate the transportation of our equipment to the designated rear area. This passage must remain unobstructed. Should trash cans be present, we would like to ask that they be removed before we arrive.
VENUE TYPES
For commercial or public park events, you must email us a layout demonstrating the unloading/loading, parking, and catering areas. You can send this information to celina@lalatac.com; please include your order number.

ACCESSIBILITY
Driveway Clearance and Steepness
Steep Driveways: If you have a steep driveway, it is essential that we can drive up to unload and load again when it's time to depart.
Unloading & Loading Up:
We kindly request that you designate a parking space in your driveway or the nearest accessible location to our setup area. This will facilitate the efficient unloading and loading of our vehicle. If we are forced to unload down the street and make several trips, this could delay the start of your service.
Pathway to the Back:
Please ensure all paths are unobstructed; we need 35 inches of clearance.
Steep driveway / Stairs
Accessible driveway, no stairs
Cars blocking unloading of carts
Parking space available for our vehicle
Scheduled Start Time
Vs. Actual Start Time
We recognize the critical nature of timing and acknowledge that delays can be inevitable. However, we enforce a 30-minute grace period for late-starting services.
Should the service be delayed beyond this point, a charge of $40 will be applied for every additional thirty minutes per server. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Plates:
If you provide your plates, please let us know in advance or upon arrival where we can retrieve them.
