Desserts and beverages often have a different timeline from the main taco service. Churros may be served immediately after dinner or later in the evening, while Agua Frescas and coffee need their own setup and service plan.

Can I book only the churro cart?

Yes. Our churro cart can be booked as a standalone service without taco catering.

Can churros be served later than the tacos?

Yes. Normally, churro service begins shortly after taco service is completed.

If you would like churro service to begin one hour or more after taco service ends, additional service time will need to be purchased.

Can desserts be served later in the evening after taco service ends?

Yes. Desserts can be served later in the evening after taco service ends.

If serving dessert requires our team to remain on-site beyond the scheduled service time, additional service time will need to be purchased. The cost is $50 per employee for each additional 30 minutes.

We offer made-fresh Agua Frescas, including Horchata, Jamaica, Watermelon, Lemonade, Limeade, Pineapple, and Cantaloupe.

We also offer Iced Tea and Coffee.

Do your Agua Frescas contain added sugar?

Yes. Our Agua Frescas contain added sugar.

How many guests does the 3-gallon Agua Fresca container serve?

Our 3-gallon Agua Fresca option serves approximately 40 guests when using 10-ounce cups.

Can I order more than one Agua Fresca flavor?

Yes. You can order multiple Agua Fresca flavors for the same event.

Can I order a smaller quantity of an Agua Fresca flavor?

Yes. We offer Agua Fresca in both 1-gallon and 3-gallon options, so you can choose the size that works best for your event.

Can you keep Agua Frescas available after taco service ends?

Unfortunately, no. Our Agua Frescas are served in our glass beverage dispensers, which must be collected when our team finishes service and leaves the event.

Do beverage stations come staffed, or are they self-service?

Our beverage stations are self-service.

Can coffee service be set up after dinner instead of before?

Yes. Coffee service can be scheduled for after dinner instead of before.

Do you offer decaffeinated coffee?

Yes. Decaffeinated coffee is available.
